The house is a detached stone built Breton Cottage which has been tastefully modernised and extended. The original open plan layout downstairs has been kept with the kitchen at one end and sitting room at the other with a large woodburner in the old fireplace.

The extension to the rear of the property contains two very comfortable double bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet between them.

The large upstairs room has another double bed and single futon making a total accommodation for seven.

The house stands on a no-through road leading to woodland. There is ample parking space outside the house and in the drive. As well as a large garage and work shop the property also includes a detached barn gradually being renovated but currently functioning as a wood store.
